Winning the prestigiuos IMRG award was certainly one of the highlights of 2010. If being amongst the likes of Sainsbury’s, Boots and B&Q wasn't enough, beating Groupon to the Best Start Up Company award was!
We are pleased to announce that Loving Outdoors was named as a Top 100 Business in the Barclays 2009 Awards. It doesn't get much better than that - well we could have been named first I suppose.

In May 2009 our Founder Scott Woodhead was nominated as one of the Young Directors of the Year. The official Institute of Directors Awards was held in Manchester in October 2009. He came close to winning, but lost out to a better businessman.

In December 2008 our Founder Scott Woodhead was named as a Top 100 Business Entrepreneur on the Horizon by Striding Out which is sponsored by the Natwest Bank.
"Since shedding 3.5 stone since The Apprentice I have to keep active and am loving the new Loving Outdoors site. Like most working people I’m super busy so time is precious so I like it being a one stop shop for everything I need. The expert advice is invaluable. I much prefer the outdoors to the gym – fresh air, sunshine and exercise makes you feel good!"
In 2011 we were pleased to hear that we had been shortlisted for The Pitch, a prestigeous award aimed at discovering growing businesses. However, after some thought we decided to pull out of the competition early.

In October 2011 we were invited to the 5-star Lowry hotel in Manchester to recieve our 42 under 42 accolade. The award recognises business owners under 42 that have founded successful companies. Amogst the previous winners was Late Rooms.
