Taking the Silva ADC wind gauge and adding a barometer, the Silva ADC Summit is a fully fledged mobile weather station capable of accurately measuring an array of different atmospheric conditions as well as altitude. Point the impeller into the wind and you'll get an accurate wind speed reading in a range of different scales from m/s to the Beaufort scale. There's also a thermometer giving accurate temperature readings and 24hr temperature history. The inclusion of a barometer allows the ADC Summit to forecast weather by monitoring humidity levels and will also give accurate altitude readings. Chronograph and race timing functions top off this versatile and highly useful piece of kit.
