Returns


We are a company that believes in offering the best support. We have all experienced bad customer support and it is our aim to ensure that you recieve only the best service from LovingOutdoors.com.

  • If you are not happy with your purchase:
Under the new distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel this contract with LovingOutdoors.com and return your goods for a full refund within 7 working days from the day you recieved the goods. We will refund the price of the product, plus any delivery costs charged.

This law assumes that the goods returned for credit have not been used and are in pristine condition. They must be in unopened original packaging with no damage to the boxes or equiptment. Goods returned with visable signs of damage to packaging will be subject to a restocking fee which varies.

Software that has been opened is non-refundable, though faluty software will be replaced.

You can request to return goods after 7 days but this will be at the discretion of our Customer Service Team and may be subject to a restocking charge.

  • Faulty products
We are confident that our products will be in perfect working order but if the goods you receive are found faulty within 10 days, contact LovingOutdoors.com so that we can conduct a fault assesment over the phone to avoid any unnecessary returns.

If after this we find the product to be faulty we will issue an RMA number and once we receive the product a replacement will be dispatched. If a fault is found after 10 days then you will need to send the product back to the manufacturer. We will be happy to help you with this process and provide you with a point of immediate contact.

  • Items damaged in transit
If any items were damaged in transit we would ask that you report this within 48 hours upon reciept of the item. If the items are visibly damaged on reciept, it is best to sign the carriers delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation.  Once recieved we will issue a replacement unit or offer a full refund in addition to reimbursing your reasonable return carriage costs.
