ReturnsWe are a company that believes in offering the best support. We have all experienced bad customer support and it is our aim to ensure that you recieve only the best service from LovingOutdoors.com.
This law assumes that the goods returned for credit have not been used and are in pristine condition. They must be in unopened original packaging with no damage to the boxes or equiptment. Goods returned with visable signs of damage to packaging will be subject to a restocking fee which varies. Software that has been opened is non-refundable, though faluty software will be replaced. You can request to return goods after 7 days but this will be at the discretion of our Customer Service Team and may be subject to a restocking charge.
If after this we find the product to be faulty we will issue an RMA number and once we receive the product a replacement will be dispatched. If a fault is found after 10 days then you will need to send the product back to the manufacturer. We will be happy to help you with this process and provide you with a point of immediate contact.
