We accept all major credit and debit cards online. To ensure that we keep fraud to a minimum and to help protect our customers we do not accept payments over the phone. 

We take security seriously and to help give you confidence we have provided you with lots of contact information on us, so that you know we are available to deal with queries. We are also members of SafeBuy (Accreditation #903311) which is endorsed by the Office of Fair Trading, the Institute of Directors and the Institute of Direct Marketing. In becoming members we adhere to the Sales of Goods Act, the EU Distance Selling Regulations and the EU Directive on Privacy and Electronic Communications. As members of SafeBuy we have also agreed to be mystery shopped to ensure that we are offering the best possible service - so buy with complete confidence.

The payment gateway we use it Nochex which means that the payment details you make are not stored or hosted on our servers. We consider ourselves experts in the fitness, sport and outdoor industry, not in payment gateways. With this in mind we decided to leave this up to the experts.

Now, any payments you make will be protected though Nochex who conduct AVS and CV2 checks. In addition and as part of there ongoing commitment to help reduce fraud risk, all transactions are checked for participation with 3D Secure - the leading 'internet authentication protocol' designed by Visa and MasterCard. This is commonly regarded as the 'chip and pin' of the internet.
