Delivery

Keeping hold of your purchase for longer than we need to is not in our interest. Once you have placed an order we will get them item sent out as soon as possible. We have a large team of 'pickers and packers' and it is amazing how many orders they can prepare in a day!

Items will be sent out using UK Mail or Royal Mail Special Delivery, because we know the item is being expertly tracked the minute it leaves our warehouse and is in transit. And, we know that it will arrive safely and in perfect condition because it is collected from our warehouse. No conveyor belts, not thrown into bags or boxes. A hand delivered service by the best in the industry.

All items on the Loving Outdoors website are eligible for free delivery. There is no, repeat no, minimum order required. But you do need to order something - we dont just want to post an empty envelope! Items will be received within 2-3 working days but we are told that often it is sooner. Please note FREE DELIVERY is for UK Mainland Only.

If you need the item sooner, perhaps it's a last minute rush for an upcoming birthday, then select our Priority Service. It is only £3.95 and guarantees a speedy delivery. Please note PRIORITY SERVICE is for UK Mainland Only.

NOTE: Orders must be received before 12:30pm to be guaranteed on the Priority Service. Orders received after this will go out the following day as a matter of urgency.
