What's The Script?:
The GoLite Shangri-La 2 Nest is remarkable piece of camping equipment. In the summer months you can pitch it on its own to ensure a completely bug free sleep, or use it as an inner to the Shangri-La 2 Shelter to create an awesome four season tent that can face up to the heaviest conditions. We love the GoLite Shangri-La range, if you want complete versatility and the highest standard of camping gear, look no further.
What We're Loving:
The Shangri-La Nest is a really huge space, and the No See-Um mesh will keep out absolutely any bugs, as well as letting air flow in. The Nest also features an 8 inch 3000mm waterproof bathtub style floor, so there's certainly no water getting in underneath you. It also packs away really small and is super lightweight. Used on its own or combined with the Shelter, this is a great piece of gear that more experienced campers will really love.
The Wow Factor:
We really rate the Go Lite camping products, they have a great philosophy that ensures they strip away any unnecessary features or gimmicks from their gear to ensure it's the absolute lightest and most functional it can be. There's some really practical features on the Shangri-La Nest: top loop and hooks allow you to pitch from above or attach to the shelter, internal toggles enable you to attach to shelter side panels and generate more shoulder room, and a two way zipper on the side hanging door makes entry really easy.
