Keeping hold of your order for longer than we need to is not in our interests. Once you have placed an order with us we will do our upmost to get it dispatchd the same day. We have a large team of pickers and packers and it's amazing how many orders they can prepare in a day!
FREE Standard Delivery on everything:
All items on the Loving Outdoors website are eligible for free delivery. There is no minimum order required. Items will be received within 2-3 working days but customers often tell us they come much sooner. (UK Mainland Only)
PRIORITY Delivery:
If you need the item sooner, then select our Priority Service. It costs £1.99 and guarantees a speedy delivery, typically withing 1-2 working days. Also, please remember that that orders must be received before 12:30pm to be guaranteed Priority Service. Orders received after this will go out the following day. (UK Mainland Only)
EU Delivery:
We now offer delivery to a set number of countries outside the UK. There is a flat rate delivery charge of £14.99 and items should be received within 1-7 days. We will improve our international service in the coming months with faster delivery times, lower postage costs, currency conversion, website translation and delivery to more countries.
We currently delivery to; Australia, Austria, Belgium, Channel Islands, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. All items will be sent recorded delivery so will need a signature.

As a responsible company we believe in offering the best possible customer support. Having received poor customer service in the past it is our aim that you receive only the best service from LovingOutdoors.com.
If you not happy with your purchase
We go above and beyond the standard 7 day return policies that are offered elsewhere by giving you a full 90 days with no restocking fees. As long as the item is returned to us in the condition it was sent to you and has not been used, we can offer a full refund. That means it must also come with all original packaging and labels. We don't refund postage on such returns either.
Software that has been opened is non-refundable; faulty software will be replaced.
Faulty items:
We are confident that our products will be in perfect working order when they reach you. In the event that your order is faulty please let us know as soon as possible so we can resolve the matter quickly. If you need to send a 'dud' item back then we will refund the postage costs for you...goes without saying, really!
Damaged in transit:
If your order arrived has been broken in transit, let us know straight away and we'll dispatch a replacement straight away.

Although creating an account with LovingOutdoors.com if optional, if you decide not to you will not be able to view your order history online.
