Delivery


Keeping hold of your purchase for longer than we need to is not in our interest. Once you have placed an order we will get the item sent out as soon as possible. We have a large team of 'pickers and packers' and it is amazing how many orders they can prepare in a day!


FREE DELIVERY (2-3 days)

This is for UK MAINLAND ONLY. All items on the Loving Outdoors website are eligible for free delivery. There is no, repeat no, minimum order required. But you do need to order something - we don't just want to post an empty envelope! Items will be received within 2-3 working days but we are told that often it is sooner.

Please note FREE DELIVERY is for UK Mainland Only.

 

 

PRIORITY SERVICE (1-2 days)

If you need the item sooner, perhaps it's a last minute rush for an upcoming birthday, then select our Priority Service. It is only £1.99 and guarantees a speedy delivery.

Orders must be received before 12:30pm to be guaranteed on the Priority Service. Orders received after this will go out the following day as a matter of urgency.

Personal Data
On this site we will collect information that you provide to us through registration forms, orders, visits to the site and emails which you send. This data is used to aid the development of LovingOutdoors.com and to monitor service levels so that we can ensure that we have the best systems in place. Information collected in this way is not used to identify you.

If you have signed up for the VIP NEWSLETTER then you have consented for LovingOutdoors.com to send you information on products, promotions, special offers and developements with the business. If at anytime you would like to unsubscribe from this service, then you can do so by clicking unsubscribe in Your Account.

Our site uses Cookies from your temporary internet folder to ensure that the correct items are placed in the Shopping Basket. This is standard for all online shops and helps us create a smoother shopping experience.

Returns & Replacements


We are a company that believes in offering the best support. We have all experienced bad customer support and it is our aim to ensure that you receive only the best service from LovingOutdoors.com.

  • If you are not happy with your purchase:
Under the new distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel this contract with LovingOutdoors.com and return your goods for a full refund within 7 working days from the day you received the goods. We will refund the price of the product, plus any delivery costs charged.

This law assumes that the goods returned for credit have not been used and are in pristine condition. They must be in unopened original packaging with no damage to the boxes or equipment. Goods returned with visable signs of damage to packaging will be subject to a restocking fee which varies.

Software that has been opened is non-refundable; faulty software will be replaced.

You can request to return goods after 7 days but this will be at the discretion of our Customer Service Team and may be subject to a restocking charge.

  • Faulty products
We are confident that our products will be in perfect working order but if the goods you receive are found faulty within 10 days, contact LovingOutdoors.com so that we can conduct a fault assesment over the phone to avoid any unnecessary returns.

If after this we find the product to be faulty we will issue an RMA number and once we receive the product a replacement will be dispatched. If a fault is found after 10 days then you will need to send the product back to the manufacturer. We will be happy to help you with this process and provide you with a point of immediate contact.

  • Items damaged in transit
If any items were damaged in transit we would ask that you report this within 48 hours of receipt of the item. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it is best to sign the carriers delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation.  Once recieved we will issue a replacement unit or offer a full refund in addition to reimbursing your reasonable return carriage costs.

Placing orders on our fantastic new site couldn't be easier: Add the item to cart, proceed to checkout, fill in your details (Create an account if you like), then click place order. Simple. Or if you'd rather do it over the phone, give us a call on 0845 257 7382 and one of our excellent service team will deal with it for you. 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions


We accept all major credit and debit cards online. We can also take orders over the telephone on 0845 257 7382. 

Payment Security 
We take security seriously and to help give you confidence we have provided you with lots of contact information on us, so that you know we are available to deal with queries. Also our site is secured by McAfee which does an intensive daily security scan on our website to ensure you are safe from identity theft, spyware, viruses, hacking and other online threats, 
In addition we adhere to the Sales of Goods Act, the EU Distance Selling Regulations and the EU Directive on Privacy and Electronic Communications. As members of SafeBuy we have also agreed to be mystery shopped to ensure that we are offering the best possible service - so buy with complete confidence.

Payment Gateway Information

The payment gateway we use is SagePay. SagePay uses many fraud prevention tools, such as Verified by Visa and Mastercard Securecode. We do not store your card details.

Viewing Orders


You can view your recent orders by going to My Account and signing in with the account you created at the time of purchase. Please note, that it is optional to create an account with LovingOutdoors.com, however if you decide not to, you will not be able to view your order history online.
